Erick Kabendera

Erick Kabendera is a freelance investigative journalist based in Tanzania who writes for international and regional publications. He has covered a wide range of topics since 2004 but currently focuses on politics, extractive industries and transnational organised crime. In 2019, he spent seven months in prison on retaliation charges for his critical journalism.
