Dylan Kennedy

Dylan Kennedy has over two decades of expertise in the United Kingdom’s leading international Law Enforcement Agencies, Global Correspondent Banking Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Investigations, and Global Express Courier Logistics sectors. He is an accredited intelligence analyst & investigator, and advanced OSINT collector.

Since 2019, Dylan has been delivering Internet Intelligence and Investigation training to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, the private sector, and international investigative journalists. He has presented on advanced OSINT collection techniques to international law enforcement and intelligence community audiences in both English and German and has given talks on OSINT collection as a guest lecturer at the School of Computer Science at University of Birmingham, UK. He has presented on using OSINT research techniques for financial investigations at global conferences and online webinars.

Dylan works as a Consultant Trainer with select partners, including TCIJ, and also acts in an advisory capacity to Sayari, a leading provider of data intelligence platforms to power the fight against financial crime, increase corporate transparency in high-risk places, and support critical national security mission sets.
