Following a call for pitches, 10 journalists will be taken through an in-depth course with modules such as introduction to environment crime and environmental law, Introduction to climate change, investigative journalism and the environment and the cause-effect relationship: Does climate change lead to environmental crime or vice versa?
PowerTracker Module 3: Storytelling with data
Following a second module held 28 July 2022, this third module is a practical, two-hour session on sourcing, cleaning, formatting and analysing data, using data that the journalists have already started collecting towards the execution of data-driven investigative stories on green energy in Southern Africa.
