This pre-conference Masterclass will be bringing together some key elements of our Climate Investigations Course (CIC) training. The CIC provides all the expertise, skills and tools required to conduct thorough investigative research into the climate crisis. The programme for the day will include a selection of our speakers covering this new curriculum along with a chance to network with speakers and fellow journalists.
This Masterclass is part of London Climate Action Week 2026.
Why attend?
- Learn: from journalists specialising in climate investigations
- Understand: international political and regulatory context
- Use: your climate reporting knowledge on any beat
- Network: meet likeminded journalists
“I learned the best investigative practices and techniques for dealing with this global issue. It was a great experience, especially in terms of networking and sharing experiences.”
“The Masterclass was fantastic. I came to London having little knowledge of Climate Change investigation and did not understand the difference between environmental and climate change reporting. The training has not only explained this to me, but it has created an appetite for climate change stories.”
