Rowen is a Senior Software Engineer at Freedom of the Press Foundation, and one of the maintainers of SecureDrop and SecureDrop Workstation. Their work in software development and digital security consultation has included projects spanning digital safety for at-risk communities, circumvention technology, migrant justice, and freedom of expression. Rowen is based in Canada.
