Rianna Croxford

Rianna Croxford is a multi-award-winning investigations correspondent for BBC News and Current Affairs. Based in London, she presents podcasts and documentaries and reports for UK and international TV, radio and digital platforms. Her recent documentary and podcast series, “The Abercrombie Guys“, about the former CEO of fashion giant Abercrombie & Fitch, led to an FBI investigation and three men being arrested and charged with running an international sex trafficking operation.

Rianna is a two-time British Journalism Award winner, Forbes 30 under 30 media honouree, and a Royal Television Society Award and Orwell Prize finalist. In 2025, she was awarded Rising Star of the Year at the Women in Journalism Awards hosted at the US Embassy for her “ground-breaking reporting” into Abercrombie & Fitch.

Rianna previously worked as a community affairs correspondent, leading coverage of the UK’s diverse population, and as a correspondent in Washington, D.C. reporting on breaking news across America.

In her BBC Podcast The Abercrombie Guys, Rianna Croxford unearthed a powerful story; that the men in charge of teen retailer Abercrombie & Fitch had been at the centre of a global operation scouting young men for sex; her investigation led to the arrest of its former CEO Mike Jeffries who was charged with running an international sex trafficking and prostitution ring.
