Jop de Vrieze

Jop de Vrieze is an award winning investigative science journalist based in Amsterdam working for national as well as international media. He has a background in infectious disease epidemiology and science communication. As a journalist he tries to dig into issues where science is being (ab)used to serve political and other interests. During the coronavirus pandemic he has been critically covering the Dutch strategy and policy, placing it in an international perspective.
