Hannah O’Grady

Hannah O’Grady is an investigative journalist with the BBC’s Panorama programme, and is responsible for some of Panorama’s most notable investigations in recent years. She began investigating the actions of British Special Forces seven years ago. The resulting reporting has exposed evidence of war crimes spanning more than a decade of operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. A public inquiry was launched to examine the allegations in 2022.

During her time at Panorama, Hannah has worked closely with whistleblowers to expose some of the worst examples of corruption, exploitation and criminality amongst a number of the world’s leading companies as well as failures of the British State. This work has included exposing high street chains using child labour, the firm that cheated fire safety tests at Grenfell Tower, UK aid money used to fund terrorists, and evidence of a global cigarette giant’s attempts to bribe Robert Mugabe.
