Eliot Higgins
Eliot Higgins is the founder of the multi-award winning investigative collective Bellingcat. He started his investigative career by blogging under the name Brown Moses about the weapons used in the conflict in Syria. Eliot Higgins is a research fellow at UC Berkeley School of Law’s Human Rights Centre, nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Future Europe Initiative, a member of the Technology Advisory Board of the International Criminal Court, and has recently won the Golden Nica Ars Electronica prize for Digital Communities.

Investigation: Khan Sheikhoun
On April 4 2017 the release of toxic chemicals killed scores of people in the Northern Syrian city of Khan Sheikhoun: the OPCW attributed the deaths to the Syrian Air Force. Two investigator experts bring very different tools try to shed light on what happened that day, followed by a conversation between them.
