Dr Moustapha Sène

Dr Moustapha Sène is a Senegalese senior journalist and socio-anthropologist with extensive training in ecological and sustainable development issues. He is a founding member and honorary president of an Environment and Press Research Group (GREP), a joint international network of experts and experienced journalists. Dr. Sène has produced numerous reports and works on issues related to the fisheries ecosystems, the environment ecosystems, the marine environment and artisanal fisheries. Currently, Dr Sène teaches Communication for Development at the Dakar public journalism school “Centre d’études des sciences et techniques de l’information – CESTI” of the Cheikh Anta Diop University.
