Bart Libaut

Bart Libaut is a freelance open source investigator and trainer, with a special interest in environment(al crime), human rights, arms and conflict issues. He has almost two decades of experience in technical and environmental research, and some of his work includes the Arctic and the oil industry, supply chain research, and maritime monitoring and analysis. He enjoys delivering webinars and trainings to different audiences and introduce them to tools and techniques applicable to open source investigations.
