Ananda Ridart
Journalist and Political Scientist. Communications Coordinator and Researcher at the Iyaleta Research Association. Masters in Political Science from the Federal University of Pará (PPGCP/UFPA). Master in Data Journalism, Automation and Data Storytelling (Insper). She is developing the research project “Regulatory Policies on the Environment and their Impact on the Amazon” and is a member of the Centre for Environmental Policy Studies in the Amazon (POAM). Research and interest in: Legislative Studies, Political Behaviour, Political Institutions, Climate Change, Environmental Policies and the Amazon.

Workshop: Scientific data and research on climate adaptation
During the Coda.BR Conference, Open Knowledge Brasil is holding a workshop about Scientific data and research on climate adaptation as part of the CIJ's Open Climate Reporting Initiative (OCRI). The workshop will take an approach to intersections in the context of eliminating inequalities in global carbonisation cycles, based on data collected by the Iyaleta Research Association, a scientific institution in the north and north-east of Brazil recognised as a permanent observer of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
