We use Zoom as our platform of choice to host our online training.
We are aware that there have been security issues raised with the use of Zoom, and have taken several steps to minimise this.
- We never allow Zoom to automatically access data and info we store on other applications/platforms we use i.e. we actively avoid to integrate Zoom with other applications such as Slack and Google Cal whenever we are prompted to do so
- We do not share participants details with other participants other than the surnames they choose to be listed as in the Zoom meeting room
- Our Zoom account default settings have been modified to maximise information security and ensure all training participants’ data protection and privacy, as shown below:
