Having sold out all previous versions of our new Online Data Journalism courses, we were eager to make some new dates available as soon as possible to meet the demand.

What a year! We almost forgot what happened in January-February, since all of it has been totally overshadowed by the global Covid-19 pandemic. Since this is a year in review, let's start from the beginning.

This is one of our longest-running courses. Following on from the success of its online iteration over the past few months, we've just confirmed three new opportunities for you to study the Story-Based Inquiry method and apply it to your investigative research.

Having successfully moved our Introductory Data Journalism Course - Finding Stories with Data - online since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we've now been looking at the potential for teaching more advanced journalistic tools for data analysis.

Having sold out all four versions of our new Online Data Journalism courses, we were eager to make some new dates available as soon as possible to meet the demand. The process of translating our training from in-person to a remote online format has thrown up a lot of questions - primarily how to do this without losing the hands-on and practical nature of the courses that makes them so effective.

As for many around the world, the rapid spread of Covid-19 and subsequent lockdowns have forced us into a virtual world but we are happy to announce that we are already able to offer most of our training online.
