    The last few places are available on this year’s MA in Investigative Journalism at City University London, starting on 24 September 2012.

    The one-year MA combines core journalistic skills with advanced research and investigation techniques including computer-assisted reporting, the effective use of public records and databases, and FOI. Course lecturers include David Leigh, Gavin MacFadyen, Heather Brooke and Rosie Waterhouse.

    Graduates include James Ball (data journalist, Guardian investigations team), Billy Kenber (reporter, The Times), Conrad Quilty-Harper (the Telegraph's Interactive News Editor) and Alice Ross (Bureau of Investigative Journalism).
